Where do Relic materials come from?
The developer FAQ published September 14 describes tier-specific Relic materials obtained by combining or dismantling Tier 3 Equipment, Accessories, Pets, Wings and Runes. Check the category and tier before using materials. The FAQ does not give an enhancement cost table or establish the strongest Relic.
Tier 3 equipment material example
The saved Rare Equipment Fragment description identifies a currency for obtaining or enhancing Tier 3 Equipment relics. Its acquisition text names combining or dismantling Tier 3 Equipment at the Blacksmith. Use this as a concrete equipment example; it does not establish that accessory, pet, wing and rune materials are interchangeable.
